Requirement: L30+ of 2nd rebirth

NPC: Prof. Allen at Twin City (452,365)

Reward: Brave Explorer (Title),  Auspicious Crystals, Inner Books, etc.

 

Rules:

1. There are 3 challenges in the Forbidden Area: Forbidden Maze, Forbidden Tricks and Forbidden Pond. Passing the challenges will earn you books as well as additional rewards.

2. You need to have Forbidden Area Tickets to enter the Forbidden Area. 1 Forbidden Area Tickets = 149 CPs.

3. Walkthrough of the 3 challenges.

*Forbidden Maze Walkthrough*

1. After you enter the Forbidden Maze, the challenge timer starts.

2. There are 3 rooms in the Forbidden Maze. You have to defeat all monsters in all rooms to complete the challenge.

3. After defeating monsters in the current room, you must find the correct portal to enter the next room.

4. You can use the skill Heart of Insight to reduces the number of false portals.

*Forbidden Tricks Walkthrough*

1. After you enter the Forbidden Tricks, the challenge timer starts.

2. You need to complete Tricks Instruction before summoning Trick Ogres. Defeat Trick Ogres to pass the challenge.

3. Forbidden Tricks have 3 attributes: water, fire and wood. When a trick appears, you need to use the corresponding restraint trick to destroy it according to the following relationship: water restrains fire; fire restrains wood; wood restrains water.

4. You can use the skill Ruinous Force to directly destroy 1 Trick Pole.

*Forbidden Pond Walkthrough*

1. After you enter the Forbidden Pond, the challenge timer starts.

2. You need to lay out the purifying array to ensnare all Evil Creatures and eliminate them. Evil Creatures killed outside the array will respawn.

3. When all Evil Creatures are eliminated, you can summon Evil Ruler and defeat it to pass the challenge.

4. You can use the skill Purifying Light to kill several Evil Creatures instantly.

4. The Inner Power skills can help you pass the Forbidden Area faster.

Inner Book

Skill Effect

Insight Book:

Use to get the Inner Power Skill: Heart of Insight. 

If there are false portals in the room, you can use Heart of Insight to remove 1-3 false portals. (This number hinges on the practice progress.)

Ruination Book:

Use to get the Inner Power Skill: Ruinous Force.

Break shields generated by Trick Poles and Trick Ogres.

When Trick Ogres release shields, click the skill to break their shields and enter the next phase.

The practice level will affect the using times of the skill.

Purification Book:

Use to get the Inner Power Skill: Purifying Light.

Randomly kill several Evil Creatures instantly.

The practice level will affect the number of Evil Creatures that are killed.

Tips: You can win the Insight Book by complete the 3 Challenges twice.

The Ruination Book and Purification Book can be obtained from the Exchange Store.
