A new server Violetide will open on Feb. 10, 2026, it's a US server and you can enjoy multiple benefits in it. More detailed information will be released later, please stay tuned. And the new server reservation starts on Feb. 3.

Step 1: 00:00:00 on Feb. 3 – 23:59:59 on Feb. 9 (US Server Time)
Login to the event page to reserve your privilege pack.
 
Step 2: 00:00:00 on Feb. 10 – 23:59:59 on Mar. 9 (US Server Time)
1) Create a character in the new server;
2) Login to the event page to claim your privilege pack;
3) Receive your privilege pack from your in-game mailbox.

Note: Only level 100+ heroes can create or join a team. And once you join a team, you can not quit, please plan accordingly. Also the team leader can not delete a member after accepting the request.   
During the event, you can team up with your friends in old servers. After the new server is started, create a character in the new server and complete the tasks to win fabulous rewards!
